Computerised Colour Matching : Shades are developed after matching them through the Spectrophotometer from MINOLTA of Japan, which ensures colours as per Customers requirement. We have colour matching software, which also predicts recipe closer to the Customer shades. Infra Red Lab Dyeing Machine : The shades receipes thus developed are tested for lab dip development in Infra red lab dyeing machine which also is microprocessor computer controlled program. The lab dip so developed can be taken for bulk dying directly as the same programme is used. Sample Dye Machines : We have SCHOLL sample Dye Machines with loading upto 3.3 Kgs. and is ideal for sample testing and shades. This is also microprocessor control and the same recipe is repeated in the bulk dyeing. Dye parametres : Our modern lab is equipped for testing various parameters of grey yarn before it is taken up for dyeing and thereafter dyed yarn is tested for colour fastness tests for washing, staining and wet rub properties. Socks knitting machines : Each dyed yarn lot is tested for uniformity and consistency of dyeing by making socks from each lot to confirm the quality parameters of dyed yarn. |
