He has vast experience in Projects execution, implementation and monitoring progress including cost factor. He is
experienced in international trading and was involved in import-export business having turn over of over Rs.100 Crores per annum. He
has been associated with Cotton Spinning Mills having 50000 and above Spindles and a few of them are E.O.Us. The project was
conceived and implemented in a record time of 18 months including financing arrangement with institution, banks, and construction of factory and installation of state-of –the-art machines. Other promoters are specialists in the field of Information Technology, Software Development, Medical Transcriptions and Medical Sciences. Mr. Raj Soin He is the promoter of Modern Technology Corporation (MTC) based in Dayton, Ohio USA. MTC is involved in Information Technology business, Consultants to Defence Organisations of USA and have manufacturing facilities. MTC also has an EOU unit at Noida for export of Software.
Dr. SP Garg He is a practicing cardiologist in Detroit USA. He invests selectively in Technological oriented projects in India and USA.
Directors Mr. Anil Jain He is the Chairman & Managing Director of Indocount Industries Ltd. Which has 100% EOU for cotton yarn and
have over 50000 spindles. Mr. Pravin Thakkar: He is a Partner in Khimji Vishramji who are cotton traders and are involved in import and export of cotton and have a turnover of about Rs. 200 Crores per annum. Mr. Arun Singhal: He is a Management Consultant and has vast experience
in running various industries and he is a great asset to the company. |
