Dyeing Machines : We have installed SCHOLL Dyeing machines from Switzerland which are Microprocessor Computer Controlled complete with dye Kitchen System. SCHOLL Dyeing machines work on a low liquor ratio for cotton dyeing, lot to lot repeatability is better, shade variation between lots and within the lot are within acceptable Delta E. These are HTHP (high temperature high-pressure machine) capable of
working upto operating temperature of 140°C and pressure of 4.5 bar.
Machine has flexibility for air pad system so that it can work with low
liquor ratio of 1:6 for cotton dyeing and also facility of partial loading.
Machines are microprocessor control with SECOM 737 programme.
We have frequency converter in each machine for power saving and
fully automatic control. Machines are also equipped with Dye kitchen
for automatic additions.
Lots Size : 3.3 Kg, 72 Kg, 200 Kg, 600 Kg and 800 Kg with flexibility of variable loading in each machine upto capacity of 50%. We are soon adding machine for lot size of 430 kg and 20 kg (for sampling purpose).
