Dyeing Process :

1.   The processing of yarn is done on imported machines from the world best manufacturers.  Grey yarn is tested for its Dye Pick up, strength and count C.V. etc., before it is taken up for dyeing.

 

2.   Soft packages for dyeing are made on precision Winders from SSM of Switzerland under controlled humidity.

 

3.   Soft packages are loaded on the Packaging Press, where they are put on individual spindle of the carrier of Dyeing machine and these packages are pressed to make uniform column to get even dyeing.

 

4.   Compressed packages in the carrier are then taken up for dyeing in SCHOLL dyeing machine, which are Microprocessor computer controlled machines complete with Dye Kitchen System.  After dyeing yarn is tested for shade matching and other dyeing parameters like washing fastness, staining and strength etc.

 

5.   The dyed yarn packages are put in Hydro Extractor which removes moisture by the centrifugal process.

 

6.   Moisture content of the yarn after passing through Hydro Extractor is about 48 – 52% and such packages are then passed through RF Dryer to remove the balance moisture of the package. The resultant moisture after passing through RF Dryer is about 7-8%.

 

7.   Yarn is conditioned for 3 to 4 hours before it is taken for rewinding on RJK rewinding machines.

 

8.   Conditioned dyed yarn is taken up for rewinding on paper cones on RJK Winding machines, which also has a facility of waxing as the optional facility for the Customer.

 

9.   Dyed yarn on paper cones is again conditioned and then finally each individual cone is checked for any quality defects by visual inspection under light and then it is packed for shipment.
