Garg who is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company and he is ably assisted by Board of Directors, who are experts in their own fields and are immensely useful to the Company. Company operations are divided into Head Office and Plants. The different departments are managed by qualified and experienced personnel who look after the day to day activities of the company’s operation, marketing of dyed yarn purchase of grey yarn and finances are looked after from the head office and all manufacturing process and related activities are looked after by the plant people. Plant LocationThe plant is situated at Panoli, Ankleshwar, about 275 Kms. from Mumbai on the Gujarat highway, well connected with road rail and air. The factory is in a four and a half acre plot with a build up area of 60000 sq feet in an approved Gujarat Industrial Estate .Advantages of Plant LocationSoft water and power are available. The Company has put up a state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant and the dye discharge is properly treated before disposal through pipeline into the sea. The company has a captive power generation facility also through it's D.G. Set. It is easily accessible from Mumbai where company's head office is located.
